Waynetown Feb 22 – Boaz Ellis, 69, former local resident died Friday in Detroit from injuries. He was struck by a car while crossing the street. He was employed in the auditing department of the NY Central Railroad. Surviving besides the widow are his mother, Mrs. Eunice Ellis and a sister, Mrs. TH Westfall both of Indianapolis.

Crawfordsville, Ind Feb 23 – Boaz Ellis, age 69 former resident of Waynetown died Friday in a hospital at Detroit of injuries suffered when struck by an automobile. The widow and his mother, Mrs. Eunice Ellis and a sister, Mrs. TH Westfall Indianapolis survive. Burial took place at Cincinnati Monday.
